Inspections Supported by Your Permit

Your manufactured home installation permit can be supported by three essential inspection services that help verify proper installation, safety, and code compliance throughout the process:

Electrical Inspection

A comprehensive review of the home’s electrical system to verify safe installation and compliance with current electrical codes. This inspection helps identify potential issues and supports approval for service connection and occupancy.

Foundation Inspection

A detailed inspection of the manufactured home foundation to confirm it is installed according to approved plans, manufacturer specifications, and applicable state and local requirements. This certification helps ensure the home is properly supported and structurally sound.

Final Inspection

A complete inspection of the manufactured home after installation is finished, confirming that all required components—including foundation, utilities, and setup—meet code and permit standards before final approval.
